Tracy Morgan: 'Can't Believe Wal-Mart is Blaming Me'

Seatbelt or no seatbelt, Tracy Morgan wasn't about to let Wal-Mart put the blame on him without a response.
A day after the retailer filed an answer to Morgan's lawsuit, claiming Wal-Mart wasn't responsible for his injuries because he wasn't buckled in, Morgan fired back:
"After I heard what Wal-Mart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

BREAKING: Republican Judge Orders Obamacare Defunded

BREAKING: Republican Judge Orders Obamacare Defunded

Much of the Affordable Care Act must be defunded and millions of Americans must lose their health insurance, according to an opinion issued Tuesday by Judge Ronald A. White, an Oklahoma federal judge appointed to the bench by George W. Bush. White's opinion reaches the same result reached by two Republican appeals court judges in a similar case, although that decision was later withdrawn by the full appeals court. To date, nine federal judges have considered this question of whether much of the law should be defunded. Only three — all of whom are Republicans — have agreed that it should be.

Subject: New AAN advice on pain medication use is misinformation plus more costly for patients ... in terms of insurance dollars ($'s) and the patient's time required ...

In a related article (below) the AAN is advising less-use of pain medication (opioids) at a time that the FDA & DEA has declared for no-use, or as a new war on all lawful pain related medication, patients, and doctors. The so-called newly described AAN alternative method of treatment is actually a program that is currently in place and has been an option for-use for over a decade. It has been proven to be of a limited relief effect for some patients, but the cost, dollar wise, is several times greater than than of a one pill regiment plan. Likewise, the AAN re-directed method requires that the patient have a very liberal private health care insurance company, as it involves several types of medical specialists for similar pain treatment. Since most big insurance companies decline to allow continuous (more than a few weeks) of this type of referred pain management, even an insured patient will soon be without any help and would then, more likely than not, return to pre-care pain levels and thus, be left without any paid medication help. Hardly a solution for anything or anybody. Add in the new FDA / DEA threat of more legal prosecutions... for these same opioid based pain medicines... and you could end up with a situation where you have senior citizens doing jail-time along side their obstinate pill-curious grand kids. Not to mention losing their home, any retirement funds, and property to the federal overlords of the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), via their friends at the taxpayer funded Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

Subject: Please Read This Only If You Have Health Care Insurance - "AAN Warns Against Opioids in Chronic Noncancer Pain"

MedPage Today

Pain Management. AAN Warns Against Opioids in Chronic Noncancer Pain. Published: Sep 29, 2014. By Kristina Fiore, Staff Writer, MedPage Today.
"The risks of opioids far outweigh their benefits in chronic pain conditions such as headache, fibromyalgia, and lower back pain, according to a new policy statement from the American Academy of Neurology."

Social Politics - 101

Noting the above recommended alternatives to chronic pain condition management all require some type of health care insurance. First, for one's ability to see a doctor and second, to be attended-to by a specialist for any such alternative type of care.

So, thanks in large-part to congressional Republicans and those Red states now under GOP iron-fist control --- those still uninsured (re: "2010") need not apply for, or be concerned about any such medical care known as chronic pain management.

Ironically the above report, inadvertently, makes for one of the best case arguments for the legalization of marijuana within the borders of these United States.

As for the President saying that if you want to keep your present health care policy, you could --- everyone should be reminded that it was big corporate insurance, aided by the GOP... not Obama, that said, NO YOU COULD NOT --- by sending out a cancellation notice...ASAP. Cancellations that didn't need or have to happen. Other than for plain old-fashion political spite or political power motivation.

Wake-up America, it's the GOP that's doing the duping here ... Republicans will do or say anything ... in-order to get elected this November. They said it their self on the night of January 20th 2009. Re: Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican, from the chronic-pain addled state of Kentucky. Aka., "The Bluegrass State."
