Opinion: As the lame duck congress tabled the Keystone Pipeline bill by one vote, the GOP has promised to fast-track their latest campaign payola deal for one of their major money outfits - the Koch brothers. In turn, the millions (possibly 100's of millions) that these brothers have given to the GOP since 2010 is on the verge of a GOP mandated handout that could easily net the Koch duo a return counted in the BILLIONS. Not to mention driving fuel prices here at home higher for the average consumer (due to the Keystone exporting of all flow). Despite recent price drops here due to wide Wall Street speculation and oil & gas over-production, resulting in a current over supply of both. If it's fossil related, you can count on Koch to be there, just behind the long black limo...full of their conservative Republican do-righters.
